ship within 4 days of receipt of order. All items will be completely
inspected prior to shipment to ensure their perfect condition. If
you need an item by a certain date, please send us an email
when you order. * During holiday seasons, shipping may be longer but we make every effort to make shipments on a daily basis. |

| Return Policies | If you
wish to return an item for a credit card refund, we must be contacted with
your name, item and reason for return within two weeks of your receipt of
the item. We will contact you with return instructions and a return
authorization. Unless the item was defective, there will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returns. Items requested for a return after the two week period has expired will have a store credit issued valid for one year. In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, not due to the shipper, we will exchange it as long as notification is received within the two week period. |
