The Ocean City Boardwalk offers a vibrant array of sights, sounds and smells to dazzle the senses. It begins at the southern most point of Ocean City at the Inlet and continues north to 27th Street. Strolling the boards has been an OC tradition for generations. In the summer months, it comes alive with amusement rides, games, arcades and specialty shops like the Courtesy Shop. The Boardwalk offers a treasure trov of shops for those looking to take home a memento, as well as a row of decorative benshes to rest along the way. There are plenty of delicious eateries lining the Boardwalk, and numerous stands offering salt water taffy, homemade fudge, milkshakes, carmel popcorn or a bucket of fries. Of course, the Boardwalk is the busiest and most popular in the summertime; however, all year long it remains a great place to enjoy a vigorous walk, a leisurely stroll and the best people-watching spot in the town.
